Ursprünglich als Pop-up-Beach-Restaurant am Kanalhafen konzipiert, gehört das liebevoll „BoK“ genannte Restaurant zum festen Bestandteil des hochwertigen gastronomischen Angebots in Münsters Lifestyle-Landschaft.
„Brust oder Keule?“ stellt auf Geflügel ab, aber natürlich auch auf die gleichnamige französische Komödie. Und so stellt die landende Ente auf dem Kanal das etwas ungelenke „Wappentier“ für das Restaurant ebenfalls mit Augenzwinkern dar.
Originally conceived as a pop-up beach restaurant at the canal harbor, the lovingly nicknamed “BoK” has since become a permanent part of Münster’s upscale culinary and lifestyle scene. “Brust oder Keule?” (“Breast or Thigh?”) is a nod to poultry—but also to the classic French comedy of the same name. With a wink, the restaurant’s unofficial mascot is a duck coming in for landing on the canal—graceful in intent, slightly clumsy in execution.
